GREENHILL ENERGY AND SA PINE SIGN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR RIVERBEND ENERGY HUB™

Greenhill Energy and SA Pine have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support both company’s commitment to sustainability and underpin supply of sustainable biomass at scale to Riverbend Energy Hub™.

Under the MOU, subject to regulatory approvals, SA Pine and Greenhill Energy will explore the future supply of additional timber residues generated through SA Pine’s expansion of its processing capacity at Monarto. The staged supply will align with both companies’ future growth plans.
